Yes, we tried hard to keep things simple with BlogRovr - there are lots of features you can control from the toolbar, such as whether or not the tray slides out from the side of the browser, and if so, how old posts have to be to trigger that.
Don’t hesitate to send us feedback after you play with the service for a while.
Oh, and we should have the IE version out in about 2 weeks.
