“I live in the Begumpet area and I’ve seen that these e-billboards really distract drivers and pedestrians. The idea of e-billboards is awesome but they should be placed inside or just outside theatres and malls. In international cities, these billboards are placed in areas where there is less traffic.”
We call Hyderabad the Hitech city, but when it comes to innovation in signage, we say they are a distraction. I think this type of signage will give a new look to our city.Also, they are in the most congested parts of the city, where the average speed is less than five km per hour. Let’s be optimistic and encourage innovation rather than have a stone-age mindset.
and now Indian Government has decided to ban unlicensed VoIP telephony service providers such as Skype, Yahoo!, MSN, Vonage, Net2Phone, Dialpad , Impetus, Novanet and Euros. Hyderabad: The holy month of Ramzan begins on Monday with the sighting of the crescent moon in various parts of the country on Sunday. The State government has permitted hotels and shops to remain open throughout the night during Ramzan. “We are giving special permissions to hoteliers for the convenience of people who are fasting during Ramzan,” information minister Mohammed Ali Shabbir said.
